Potential tasks
As a PM, you will be at the frontline of communication out to clients, as well as within project teams. You will be managing 2–5 projects simultaneously, as coordinate, support, and motivate teams. You will be working in an agile framework driven on Scrum, with the flexibility to adjust it to specific project and client needs.
You’ll need to make sure that budget and progress are properly tracked and clearly communicated to the client. That means the project’s risks are identified and that the team understands the business value which the client wants their product to achieve. You ensure all sides know we are laser-focused on delivering it.
Workshops with clients to gather more information needed for product development and better planning are also in scope of a PM’s duties (occasional travel is involved). Aside from working directly on projects, you’ll apply your time and attention to keeping time to work on internal tasks, optimizing our processes, sharing knowledge, reviewing new tools or recruiting new project managers.
