As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for end to end people operations for the UpTeam Cluj-Napoca regional office and surrounding countries. If you love being in the middle of people and the heart of technology, working with start-ups, this is the place for you. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and values, first, experience second. We don’t recruit volumes, yet we are a fast paced company, looking for the best talent. This role requires a combination of advanced communication skills, ability to LinkedIn and Social media, finding the best approach in the following topics:


Employee Engagement:

  • Assists with the integration of new joiner by delivering welcome day (induction) to the new UpTeamer

  • Lead projects on a wide range of employees engagement initiatives

  • Develop and maintain the program of company-wide activities to inspire employees to share best practice, and ensure employee engagement based on company Values

  • Adjust and create new company processes and regular activities to increase retention and employee satisfaction

  • Organize regular engaging online and offline events for employees

  • Help with onboarding and effective personal development meetings

  • Keep employee management system fully up to date, including personal data, tech stack and other information

  • Run regular surveys to track employee motivation, collect feedback and arrange relevant actions

  • Organize and assist with company professional events (internal meetups, competence groups, trainings, English classes)

  • Plan and facilitate L&D activities

  • Participate in HR branding activities (photos on the websites, blogposts, employee feedbacks on the web, etc)

  • Report to management on a set of KPIs

  • Manage employees engagement budget and vendors

Sourcing/Recruitment:

  • Extend your existing IT networking and get the best talent in the shortest time by offering great technological opportunities in working with startups and great salaries

  • Make use of Linkedin and Social media to promote our activities and openings

  • Discover and make use of new online sourcing methodologies

  • Look for opportunities to engage with potential candidates

  • Support the management team to understand the market and how to adjust compensation benefits

  • Asking for what is needed from the company to get the results in time

  • Makes use of referrals as the most important recruitment tool in acknowledging the UpTeam way




Requirements

Requirements:

-You are smart and make people smile 

- You have a basic understanding of SDLC (and you are not afraid to learn more)

-You have excellent written and spoken communication in English

-Your working ethic is something that you take pride in

-You are curios what made it a success so you can re-apply because results matter

-You enjoy diversity and working in a multicultural environment

- Previous experience with organic marketing on social channels such as Facebook & LinkedIn for sure is a plus

- Previous experience in a recruitment agency is a plus
