Junior/Middle QA Engineer
- Participate in building and improving applications for international customer
- Testing web app and API
- Actively participate in requirements analysis, story refinement, and release planning
- Create and execute test cases and suites to ensure product specification is being met
- Analyze test results at the story or feature level and provide meaningful reports to project and product team
- Navigate the relational databases and manage (query/update) test data
- Interact closely with project managers, other engineers and client-side stakeholders involved in product delivery, work with the client representatives to prepare tasks and bugs for development team, clarify requirements with customers directly
- Maintain JIRA and up-to-date documentation in systems like Confluence, Testrail and Sketch/Figma
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Software Manual Testing
- Strong knowledge of the software testing techniques and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of at least one Test Management and one Project Management tool
- Speaking and writing in English (upper-Intermediate level/B2)
- Experience in writing test cases and test plans
- Basic understanding of HTTP
- Knowledge of Postman
- Experience of work with Jira and bug tracking systems
- Basic knowledge of SQL (database testing)
- Basic knowledge of API testing
- Experience of testing API
