Senior/Lead Frontend Developer

UpTeam is an international company that provides services to global technology product projects. We are an advanced AWS Partner working on a number of breakthrough B2B and B2C SaaS and cloud automation projects for the US and global markets. Right now our team works remotely from different locations with dev centers in Romania, Montenegro, Germany and Czech Republic.

About the project:
Our customer is an Israeli technology company developing the state-of the-art compliance platform for next-gen fintech companies with AI-based real-time monitoring, detection and analysis of all customer interactions. It ensures customer protection, minimizes risks, and  empowers compliance teams to quickly apply new laws and regulations across their growing operations, enables them to focus on the events with the highest risk across all channels: voice, chat, email, social, and more. 

For this customer, we are searching for the Senior/Lead React Developer who will work as a part of the product development team, participate in all decisions, build and lead the new frontend team further on.

The technology stack:
  • React (Typescript), RxJS, Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Observable, GrophQL, Material UI.
  • The API layer is developed with AWS  Lambdas & Python.

The product team uses cutting edge technologies and develops a very proficient, reliable and highly demanded product protecting the personal data of the fintech customers.


Requirements


  • 5+ year experience in modern frontend development (React/ Typescript)
  • Team leadership experience
  • GraphQL / RestAPI
  • Excellent written and spoken English to communicate with Israeli based managers and colleagues
  • Architecture and system design skills
  • Passion, energy, enthusiasm
Would be an advantage:
Experience in backend development and AWS
