Senior Technical Project Manager — SPB

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development on one of our new projects in the areas of HealthTech, AI, Global Payments, and Lead Generation.   • Manage product development of a #1 Free Co-Parenting App in the United States with multi-functional calendars, important information, communications, record-keeping, and export abilities all in one place.
  • Improve product development process to fit the fast pace and highest quality needs of a mature US-based mobile business. Manage backlog, define and run development sprints;
  • Oversee and ensure maximum mutual synergy between all product-related activities including mobile development and QA;
  • Work with a client representative to prepare tasks for the development team and run sprints, maintain JIRA, and up-to-date product documentation. Understand the product requirements and translate them to development tasks;
  • New team members interviewing and onboarding.

Explore competitor products, analyze the industry and technology trends and consult all the project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in the software industry;
  • 2+ years experience in project leadership roles as product owner business analyst, project manager, QA manager or scrum master.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Leadership skills, ability to work without prodding and chasing;
  • Prior experience in working with the US teams;
  • University degree in information systems, economics or math;
  • Advanced or Proficient English.

Nice to have

  • Mobile or social product management experience
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
  • Fluent English to participate in sync calls.
