About the project:

Our customer is a publicly-traded American telecommunications company founded in 1986, with over 8,000 employees worldwide. As the second-largest television station operator in the United States, they own or operate 193 stations across more than 100 markets. For this customer, we are developing a SaaS platform for promoting, monitoring, and analyzing advertising in digital channels. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting seven products within this platform.

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop release-ready products and build new products from scratch for major brands and local advertisers across the US. You will work with a talented development team, experience a proactive and passionate culture, and feel the freedom, drive, and challenge every minute of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Development Process: Oversee the development of internal products that unify end-user and back-office functions, creating and managing an AdTech ecosystem.
• UX Standards: Ensure the product meets the highest UX standards for end-users while integrating well with an existing multi-layer advertising platform.
• Client Communication: Maintain seamless communication with the client at all levels, validate user stories from the San Francisco team, and ensure timely grooming by the development team.
• Product Roadmap: Create and manage product roadmaps and development plans.
• Acceptance Testing: Run acceptance tests for developed stories.
• Process Improvement: Enhance the product development process to meet the fast pace and high-quality demands of a mature San Francisco-based AdTech business.
• Sprint Management: Work with a team of product managers to prepare tasks for the development team, run sprints, maintain JIRA, and keep product documentation up to date.
• Competitor Analysis: Explore competitor products and understand industry trends.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the software industry
• 2+ years in product management, business analysis, or product leadership roles
• Hands-on software development experience
• Experience in AdTech
• Practical knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and experience with prototyping tools
• Knowledge of requirement elicitation and functional spec writing (user stories vs jobs-to-be-done)
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening
• Proactive approach to client communication and addressing their needs
• Ability to quickly create MVP plans from concept to execution
• C1-C2 English Level
