Requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Project execution and delivery – Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects in the AdTech space, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  
• Team leadership – Manage distributed teams across LATAM, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  
• Program management – Oversee multiple workstreams, define milestones, and proactively mitigate risks.
  
• Stakeholder management – Engage with US-based clients, senior engineers, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
  
• Location management – Act as the primary spokesperson for CloudGeometry LATAM in professional and digital channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, and webinars.
  
• Agile process management – Implement and optimize Scrum/Kanban methodologies to ensure efficient workflows.
  
• Mentorship and talent growth – Support the professional development of engineers and lead hiring and onboarding efforts as the team scales.
  
• Operational impact – Participate in resource planning, budgeting, and administrative oversight of the LATAM engineering teams.
